Troubleshooting method for self-service queuing and calling system in banks:

1. Check if the serial port selection is correct in the window settings, usually defaulting to com1;

2. Check if the connection is correct and in the following order: extend a line from the calling host's com port to the RS232A port of the communication controller, and then connect the RS485A port of the communication controller to the repeater through a network cable. The repeater is connected to the wired caller;
3. Check if the hardware calling protocol is selected as "QJZ-02" in other settings 1 of the system settings;
4. Check if there is a hardware malfunction. The communication controller has 5 input and output channels, and you can try replacing the circuit. Other hardware can be solved by replacing it;
5. Check if the communication on the COM port of the calling host is normal and if the baud rate is 9600bps.
