Participated by designated operating agencies and exchanged with the public, based on a broad account system, supporting loose coupling of bank accounts, equivalent to banknotes and coins, with value characteristics and legal compensation, and supporting controllable anonymity.

Scenarios include cross-border trade, tax applications, smart canteens, smart campuses, rural revitalization, smart party building, smart water management, etc.
